Mites - in your face...

I just learned mites can live in human skin. Depending on the species, it may leave different symptoms - like a rash. However, some mites, when they burrow into people's faces, don't produce any symptoms. So you could possible have mites burrowed into your face unknowingly. Epidemics occur periodically in the Eastern US...But not to worry, they usually live in forests, jumping on to a host passing by...
It seems everything is potentially dangerous nowadays. Parasites, odd diseases, polluted air, poisonous soil, ultraviolet sunlight...The latter ones of that list is more prevalent now than ever. Humans, more than anything, have caused these things. One would hope that as we continue to develop, we better understand our surroundings and work with what we have. We only have one place here to live..
